Ekling

Ekling is based on Gautam Marg in Vaishali Nagar, right at number 612. It’s a solid, unpretentious building that fits right into the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while, and it has become quite familiar to us. The interior is simple, with just enough room for our small team to work comfortably without tripping over each other. We don't have any flashy decor or modern art on the walls. Mostly, it’s just bookshelves and some old desks that have a few scratches on them. We handle our business affairs in a very direct way. If a task comes in, we sit down and figure out how to finish it. There’s no need for long meetings or complicated memos here. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. The area around Gautam Marg is usually quite busy, but once you’re inside, it’s relatively quiet. We like the fact that we’re part of a real community rather than stuck in a sterile office park. Our daily routine is pretty consistent, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We show up, drink some tea, and get through our list of things to do. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we appreciate the stability of it. No one here is trying to climb a corporate ladder; we’re just focused on doing our work and going home to our families.
