You can find us at 17, Vikash Nagar. It’s right near Airport Road in Pratap Nagar. Being close to the airport means we hear the planes taking off and landing sometimes. Eatolicious Cafeteria Private Limited is the name we went with. We have a bit of a routine here. We open up early and get things moving. The space at number 17 is okay for us. It’s not the biggest place in Pratap Nagar but it works for what we do. We have some tables and the kitchen area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop but not too bad for most folks. The neighborhood is mostly houses so it’s fairly calm. We spent a lot of time getting the interior to look decent. It's just a regular local cafeteria business. Nothing too complicated. We aren't trying to be some big chain with hundreds of branches. Eatolicious Cafeteria Private Limited is just our local project. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb flickers, but we fix it and move on. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We see the same people walking their dogs or heading to work. It feels like we belong here in Vikash Nagar. We just keep the doors open and do the daily tasks that need finishing before we close up for the night.
