Eastern Farms Export India Private Limited is located at 13, Vivekanand Colony. This is more of a quiet, residential-feeling area compared to the big markets, which we actually prefer. Our office is quite simple, just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks and phones. We work mostly with farm exports, so we spend a lot of our day talking to people out in the rural areas and then trying to coordinate everything from here. It’s a lot of logistics and timing, especially when you’re dealing with agricultural products that can’t just sit around forever. The office doesn't have any big signs or flashy lights. We just have a small nameplate by the door. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the sound of the fans. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic because most of our business is done over the phone or through email. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere, though it can get stressful when a shipment is delayed. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the crops or the weather. We aren't trying to be some huge international corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team in Vivekanand Colony trying to make sure the farm goods get to where they’re supposed to go. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the neighborhood and the people around here are mostly friendly. It's not a flashy job, but it gets done.
