Dhoti Haripura Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Village Dhoti, which is part of the Sangod area in Kota. Our main spot is at Jyoti Prakash’s house. This company came about because the farmers around Dhoti and Haripura needed a better way to handle their business. Instead of everyone going off on their own, we thought it made sense to group up. We aren't a corporate office with suits and ties. Most of us are usually out in the fields or at the local mandi. We handle things like seeds, fertilizers, and getting the harvest sold. It’s practical work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone has a different idea, but we work through it. Living in Rajasthan, specifically here in the Kota district, means we have to be smart about how we use our resources. Jyoti Prakash helps coordinate the meetings and the documents we need to stay official. It’s a community thing more than anything else. We don’t have a website with fancy photos, just our records and our reputation among the local families. People know us by our names and our families, not just by the company title. We just want to make sure the farming life in Dhoti stays sustainable for the next generation. It’s a slow process but we are getting there bit by bit. There isn't much more to tell other than we work hard every day.
