Dhayal Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at B-153 in Jamnapuri. That is part of the Murlipura Scheme in Jaipur. We are mostly local people here. We don't have any big corporate offices or fancy lobbies with plants. It is just a plain room where we do our paperwork and talk to the farmers. We spend most of our time dealing with the crops and the people who grow them in Rajasthan. The office is easy to find if you know this part of the city. We've been here for a while and the neighbors in Jamnapuri know what we do. It gets a bit dusty and loud because of the city traffic, but we stay busy. We handle the business side for a group of farmers who really need the help with selling their things. We aren't a big city firm with suits and ties. We wear what we work in every day. Being a producer company means we're all trying to help each other out. We handle everything from this small spot in Murlipura. People stop by when they need to talk about their harvests or what the prices are doing. We just listen and try to figure out what the next step is for everyone. It is a lot of paperwork, maybe more than you’d think. We stay at it because it’s important for the local guys. Jaipur is changing fast but our work stays pretty much the same.
