Deves Fancy And Fabrics is tucked away at 24449 Chaudary Bhawan on Ramlala Ji Ka Rasta. It is one of those traditional spots where the street is a bit narrow and always full of energy and people. We have shelves filled with different types of fabrics and all the little fancy things like buttons and borders that people need for their clothes. It isn't a modern mall shop; it has that old-school feel with rolls of cloth stacked up high. Sometimes it’s hard to see the walls because there is so much stock. We spend our time measuring out meters of fabric for customers and helping them find a match for whatever they are making. The lighting isn't the best in every corner, but we know exactly where every color is kept. Usually, it gets quite busy in the evenings when people are out doing their regular shopping. We’ve been in this location at Chaudary Bhawan for quite a while now. The building has its own character, and it gets a bit warm during the summer months when the fans just move the air around. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just walk in, look through the piles of cloth, and chat with us while we work. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just keep the shop running and make sure we have enough variety.
