Laxmi Corrugating Packaging Industries

Laxmi Corrugating Packaging Industries is our small setup over at H- 171, not too far from Agarwal Farm in the Mansarovar Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming in and out all day long. We spend most of our time dealing with corrugated sheets and making boxes for all sorts of items. The air inside the unit usually smells like paper and that specific scent of industrial glue. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The machines have their own moods; some days they run smooth and other days they need a bit of a kick to stay on track. We’ve got a handful of guys who’ve been here since the start. We usually start the day with a quick check of the orders and a cup of tea. Mansarovar has grown a lot, and sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get the tempos out on time, but we manage. We don’t have any fancy office chairs or air conditioning in the back. It’s just workbenches, rolls of brown paper, and stacks of finished boxes. Sometimes the heat in Jaipur gets to be too much, but we just keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to make sure the boxes are strong enough so whatever is inside doesn't break during transport. It's just a simple life for us here.
