If you come down to B-7 on Govind Marg in Adarsh Nagar, you’ll find us surrounded by a lot of scrap materials. Craft N Craft isn’t the kind of place that looks like a showroom. It’s more like a workshop where things are actually being made. There is usually the smell of wood shavings or maybe some glue in the air, depending on what we are working on that morning. We have tools scattered across the tables and sometimes the floor too, because we get caught up in a project and forget to put things back immediately. The walls have some old shelves that we built ourselves to hold the supplies. It can get pretty loud when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that. Usually, whoever isn't holding a hammer or a brush is the one who goes to talk to whoever just walked in. The lighting isn't great in the back corners, so we use these old lamps that we have to move around. It’s a bit of a maze with all the half-finished pieces sitting around, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the work itself and don't worry too much about having the place look perfect. It’s a busy little spot in Adarsh Nagar and we just keep at it every day, making things by hand until the sun goes down.
