Central Art

Down here at the Chhitoli Bus Stand in Virat Nagar, things stay pretty busy with the big buses coming and going all day long. Central Art has been sitting right here for a good amount of time now. You can hear the conductors shouting out destinations and the sound of engines idling while we work inside. It’s a dusty spot sometimes because of all the traffic and the wind, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle a lot of different things, mostly whatever the local people need when they pass through the bus stand area. The shop isn't very large and we have stuff stacked up in the corners, but we know where everything is kept. My family has been around Virat Nagar for years, so we know just about everyone who walks by our door. Some days it’s just us sitting here watching the crowds and waiting for the next bus to pull in. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the door sticks a little when it rains, but it works fine for us. People know they can find us here from early morning until the last few buses leave in the evening. It’s a simple way to make a living, being right in the middle of the local commute.
