Costa

Our shop, Costa, is located in the Malviya Nagar area. It’s a simple place where we have been for a while, and we just go about our business every day. The shop isn't very large, so we have to make sure we use the space well. We have shelves lined with whatever items we have in stock at the time. It’s not like those big shopping malls where everything is perfectly spaced out. Here, things are a bit more lived-in and practical. We spend a lot of our time just checking the inventory and talking to the people who walk in from the street. Malviya Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is always someone passing by or stopping in to see what’s new. We don't really have a big staff, it’s mostly just us handling everything from cleaning the floors to taking care of the customers. The afternoons can be a bit slow when the sun is high, so we usually take that time to reorganize the shelves or just have a bit of tea. We don't put up big advertisements or try to act like we’re something we aren't. It’s just a local shop where you can find what you need without a lot of fuss. We open the shutters in the morning and close them up at night, and that’s pretty much how our days go. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood.
