You can find us over at 20, Ashok Vihar, which is right near Section 11 in Malaviya Nagar. It’s a decent neighborhood and we like being located here. Coromndal Hybrid Seed isn't some massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s just us working out of this building. We’ve spent many hours in this office talking about crops and how the weather is affecting the latest batches. The space is filled with files and some seed samples that we keep handy. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. Basically, we handle seeds and make sure they get to where they're supposed to go. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello, which is nice. Malaviya Nagar has a lot of energy, and we feel like a small part of that. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. There’s no big sign with flashing lights, just a simple place where we do our jobs. Working with hybrid seeds keeps us on our toes because there is always something new to learn. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about stuff other than work. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing how we do things. It works for us and the people we talk to. We just take it one day at a time.
