Conversation Restro Bar

You can find us over on M I Road in the New Colony area, right at C 7. It’s a bit of a lively spot. We wanted a place where folks could actually sit down and talk without having to yell over loud music all the time, which is why we picked the name we did. The lights are usually kept a bit low. Some evenings are busier than others, especially when the office crowd finishes their shift and wants a drink or some food before heading home. We have a mix of tables and some stools at the bar. The menu is mostly things we like to eat ourselves, nothing too complicated or strange. Sometimes the kitchen gets a little backed up on Friday nights, but we do what we can to get the plates out. It’s just us running the floor, making sure everyone has a full glass and a place to sit. We’ve seen a lot of regulars come through those doors over the years. Some people come in for a quick bite alone, while others bring their whole group of friends and stay for hours. We don’t mind at all. As long as people are comfortable and having a good time, we’re happy to be here. The street outside is always noisy with cars and horns, but once you step inside, it feels like a different world. It’s just a simple, honest place for a drink and a chat.
