Chitra Palace Hotel & Restaurant

Chitra Palace Hotel & Restaurant is situated on Station Road in Vidyut Nagar. It’s a busy spot because the station is so close. People are always arriving with bags and looking for a place to sit down. We have the restaurant on the ground floor and the rooms above it. It’s a functional building, nothing too ornate. The walls are painted a plain color and we have sturdy tables that can handle a lot of use. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because of all the boots walking through. The kitchen stays hot from breakfast until late at night. We serve regular food that people eat every day. It’s not a place for tiny portions or fancy plating. We just give you a full plate. The staff here has been working together for a long time. We know which floorboards creak and which windows are hard to open. Sometimes the plumbing acts up, but we fix it. Travelers tell us stories about where they are going. We just listen and keep the tea coming. It’s a loud area with the trains and the traffic, but inside it’s a bit calmer. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us running the place day by day. We try to keep things decent and the food hot for whoever walks in.
