Our office is located at 117/463 in Agarwal Farm, which is part of the Mansarover area here in Jaipur. It’s a residential-style neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district. Chaque Jour Outsourcing Solutions Private Limited is the name on our door, but to us, it’s just where we come to work every day. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that other companies don't want to do themselves. It’s mostly computer work and managing data. The office is usually full of the sound of typing and people talking on headsets. We have a small kitchen area where we drink way too much tea during our breaks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work that needs to be done right. We have a mix of younger staff and some who have been in the industry for years. Sometimes the computers act up or the internet slows down, and we all have a bit of a laugh while we wait for it to come back. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or expensive art. We just want to get through the daily tasks and make sure our clients are getting what they need from us. Being in Mansarover is good because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a quick commute home after we finish the evening shift.
