Chaque Jour Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is based right here in Jaipur. We don’t have a massive corporate building; we just operate out of a modest space where our team gathers every day. Jaipur is a growing city, and there’s always something new happening, but we’ve kept our operations pretty simple. Most of our work involves outsourcing tasks for other companies, so there is a lot of typing and phone calls happening at once. It gets a bit loud in the office when everyone is busy, but that’s just how it goes. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and provide some jobs for people in the city. The office isn't anything to brag about—just a bunch of computers, some comfortable chairs, and a small area for taking breaks. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to stay sharp during the long shifts. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a project, especially when the deadlines are tight and the workload increases suddenly. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just take on the work that other people don't have time for and make sure it gets finished. Living in Jaipur gives us a good balance, and we’re happy to be part of the local business community here. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re a good group and we manage to get through the busy days together.
