Cafe Night Square

Cafe Night Square is located in Sorav Tower, B-7, over in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a basement level spot, so it stays a bit cooler than the street outside. We opened this because we wanted a place where people could just hang out without being rushed. It’s mostly younger people and students from the nearby coaching centers who come in. We have some basic wooden furniture and some posters on the walls. The lighting is a bit dim, which gives it a relaxed feel. We make coffee and some basic snacks like sandwiches and noodles. It isn’t a gourmet kitchen or anything, just simple stuff we can cook up quickly. There’s usually some music playing in the background, whatever is popular at the time. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when a big group comes in, but we don't mind. We do a lot of the cleaning ourselves at the end of the shift. The kitchen is small, so we have to stay organized or we run out of space to move. We’ve had some regulars who have been coming since the day we opened. It’s nice to have a chat with them when things are slow in the mid-afternoon. We don't have a big menu, just the things we know we can make well. It’s just a regular local cafe where you can sit for an hour and nobody will bother you.
