Cafe Coffee Day

We’ve been here on Ajmer Road for a while now. Most mornings start with the sound of the grinder waking everyone up. It gets pretty busy when the traffic picks up outside, but inside it’s mostly just the smell of roasted beans and the hum of the fridge. We have these tables where people sit for hours with their laptops, and sometimes we have to wipe away coffee rings every five minutes. The staff here mostly knows the regulars by their usual orders. It’s not a fancy place, just a spot to grab a drink and sit down. Sometimes the milk frother acts up, but we get it sorted eventually. The air conditioning works okay most days, though it struggles a bit in the peak summer heat. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass front because of the dust from the road. It’s just how it is here. You see all sorts of people walking in, from students to folks heading to work. We just keep the pots brewing and make sure there’s enough sugar on the counters. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too complicated. We just focus on getting the cups filled and the chairs pushed back in. If you’re passing by Ajmer Road, you’ll see our sign. It’s a decent place to wait out the rain or just take a break from the noise outside. We keep things going as best as we can.
