Our office is situated at C/O Anokhi Hotel, which is right on the Jaipur Mathura By Pass. Being Brijanchal Farmer Producer Company Limited means we spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of local farming. The bypass is always busy with trucks and traffic, so there is a lot of movement around here all the time. We are not a big corporate firm with glass walls; we just have a practical space where the real work happens. Most of the time, someone is on the phone or out meeting someone who has stuff growing in the fields. It gets dusty out here by the road, but it is a good spot for people traveling between the cities to stop in. We help organize what the farmers produce so it actually gets to where it belongs. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. Sometimes the heat makes it tough, but we just keep at it. People know us as the group near the hotel on the bypass. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the business side of things does not fall apart for the producers. It is a daily grind, checking on supplies and talking to the drivers. We have been at this for a while and just try to stay honest with our work. There are always challenges, but we just take them one at a time.
