Brewers The Coffee Bar

We are set up inside Genial Hospitality and Resorts, at B-21 A on Shiv Marg in Bani Park. It’s a quiet street with lots of trees. We aren't like those big coffee chains you see in the malls. We just have our little bar here. We spend a lot of time cleaning the espresso machine and grinding the beans. The smell of coffee is everywhere. We get a mix of people staying at the resort and some folks from the neighborhood who know we are here. It’s a nice place to sit because it’s away from the main road noise. We don't have a big menu, just the things we know how to make well. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or the beans don't roast quite right, and we just deal with it. We are just a few people who like making drinks. We don't have corporate rules about how to talk to people. We just say hello and make their order. The light in the afternoon comes through the windows and it's a good time to just be here. We keep things simple. It’s just Brewers. No big fuss. If you are on Shiv Marg, you can find us. We are usually here until the resort guests go to sleep. It is a calm spot in a busy city. We just do our thing one cup at a time.
