We are Bis Sparkle Spices Private Limited, and you can find us at Plot No. 86 in Ganesh Nagar. We’re situated near Sitali Phatak on the Benar Road side. If you walk into our place, the first thing you’ll notice is the smell of spices. It’s pretty strong, and it stays on your clothes all day. We spend our time grinding and packing different spices for the local market. It’s dusty work, and we have to wear masks most of the time. The plot isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with where we put the sacks of raw materials. We started this business because we saw how much people around Ganesh Nagar care about what goes into their cooking. It’s just a small team of us. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the spice blends right. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which can be frustrating. Benar Road is always busy, so getting deliveries in and out takes some planning. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know where to find us. It’s a simple life, just working with spices and making sure the packets are sealed tight. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We take pride in just getting the work done without much fuss. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while we wait for the next batch to finish grinding. It’s our way of taking a small break in a very long workday.
