Bhagwati Tea Co

Our shop is right there at Choti Chaupar. If you know that area at all, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic and people moving around at all hours. We have been sitting here selling tea for a very long time now. It is a small space, mostly filled with heavy sacks of tea leaves and that strong smell of different blends. We do not really do the fancy packaging that you see in the big modern stores. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to us for years, or local tea stall owners who need a good strong leaf for their morning brew. We open up early because that is when people want their tea the most. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust from the street and some stray leaves that fell out of the sacks, but we sweep it out when we get a chance. It is a loud place because of the location right on the corner, but we like being in the middle of everything. You see all sorts of people walking by Choti Chaupar every single day. We do not have a website or anything like that to show off. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the counter and say hello. We spend the day weighing out bags and chatting with the regulars about the local news. It is a basic business for us.
