Bhagji Sharbat

Bhagji Sharbat is located at Plot No. 307 in Kishanpole Bazar, right near the Bhaskar Flyover on Tonk Road. We've been in Himmat Nagar for some time. The shop isn't very large, but we make it work. Most days we are busy mixing the syrups and getting things ready before the crowd comes in. It gets loud with the traffic from the flyover nearby, but we are used to it by now. We have various flavors sitting on the shelves. We spend a lot of our morning just prepping the bottles and making sure the ice is delivered on time. Sometimes the delivery truck is late, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. People stop by while they're shopping in the bazar or after they get off work. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just the counters and the supplies. My family helps out when it gets really busy during the summer months. It's a lot of standing around and pouring drinks, but it keeps the lights on. We know most of the regulars who come by daily. It’s just how things are around here in this part of town. We keep the place open until late evening. If you're near Tonk Road, you'll probably pass us. We just focus on getting the sharbat ready for whoever walks through the door. It's a simple life and we like the routine of the bazar.
