Beyond Services

Beyond Services is over at 8, Rajiv Vihar, right off the New Sanganer Road in Jaipur. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially with all the traffic heading towards the main market areas. We’ve got a small office here where we handle various services for the folks who come in to see us. It isn't a huge building, just a regular spot on a street filled with other shops. Inside, we have our computers and a lot of blue folders. The heat in Rajasthan can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we mostly stay indoors and focus on the work with the cooler on. We get all sorts of people walking in asking for help with different things. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone fancy. Usually, it's just a couple of us managing the phones and the walk-ins. We try to be helpful and get things sorted as quickly as we can without making mistakes. The office can get a bit messy with all the papers and tea cups, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. We've been in this location for a while, so the local shopkeepers and the guy at the tea stall know us well. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients satisfied with what we do for them without overcomplicating the whole process for everyone.
