Being near the bus stand is actually pretty handy because people are always passing through. We aren't some big-city operation with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to pool our resources together. In Nagaur, the land can be dry and the work is often quite tiring. We spend a lot of time sitting around, talking about the best ways to handle the harvest and how to get a better price for what we grow. It’s a very local thing.
