Badaya Minerals

Our place is at F-94 on Road Number 6, right in the middle of the V.K.I. Area. If you know where the RSEV building is, we are just a short walk from there. Badaya Minerals has been operating out of this industrial zone for several years. It is a dusty job, that’s for sure. Dealing with minerals and raw materials means there is always a layer of white powder on the floor and the trucks coming in. We spend most of our mornings unloading bags and checking the grades of what came in. It’s a lot of manual labor and standing around in the heat of the Rajasthan sun. The office is small and usually has a fan running full blast to keep the heat away. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, making sure the orders are filled and the quality is what it should be. The road outside gets very crowded with big lorries during the day, so getting things out on time takes some planning. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and it feels like a small community even though it’s an industrial area. There is no magic to what we do, just sorting, crushing, and moving rocks and minerals from one place to another. We try to keep things simple and just do the work we are paid for every day without any extra fuss.
