Even though the name sounds a bit formal, Ayushraj Enterprises is really just a group of us working out of Village Mansingh Pura. We are located off the Ajmer Road, right near where the Define Degas Road starts. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, which we actually prefer because it is quieter out here. We have a decent sized yard where the trucks can pull in and out without getting stuck in traffic. The building itself is plain, just concrete and some windows that get a bit dusty from the wind. Inside, it’s mostly desks and shelves full of files and samples. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking the schedules for the week. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is steady. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat lunch together. Most of the staff are from the nearby villages, so we all know each other's families. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just do what needs to be done every day and hope for the best. Sometimes the internet is slow because of the location, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with pens and paper. It’s a bit of a mix of the old and the new. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on the desk.
