Alfa Services

Our office is over at A1 on Chitranjan Marg in C Scheme. It’s a nice enough area, and we’ve been operating from here for some time now. We call ourselves Alfa Services because we handle a bit of everything when it comes to home or office maintenance. Whether it's something with the plumbing, electrical work, or just general repairs, we usually have someone who can take a look. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us coordinating things and a couple of technicians who go out on calls. We don't have a big fancy reception area, just a desk and some chairs where we keep track of the day's schedule. People in C Scheme know us as the local guys who show up when something breaks. We try to be honest about how long a job will take, even if it’s bad news. Sometimes parts are hard to find, so we have to go hunting in the bigger markets nearby. We don’t do much advertising; most of our work comes from neighbors telling other neighbors about us. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice for a change. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work finished so people can get back to their normal routine without much trouble. If there's a leak or a short circuit, we just deal with it and move on to the next task.
