Ater Mahila Aajeevika Crop Producer Company Limited

We are based in Village Baxipura and we work out of Sher Singh’s place. Our group is called Ater Mahila Aajeevika Crop Producer Company Limited. We are a team of women from the village who decided to take our farming into our own hands. It’s not easy running a business while also taking care of our homes and working in the fields, but we do it. We don't have a big office or any fancy equipment. Most of our meetings happen right here in the village, sitting together and talking about what needs to be done. We focus on our crops and how we can make a better living for our families. Baxipura is a small place, so everyone knows us and what we are trying to achieve. We talk about seeds, water, and the best time to plant. Sometimes we have to deal with pests or bad weather, but we help each other through it. We don't use big corporate words because we are just regular village women. It’s honest and hard work every single day. If you come to visit, you’ll likely find us out in the fields or gathered together planning for the next harvest. We take things one day at a time and try to learn as we go. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and we just focus on getting the work done together.
