We are over at Golcha Gardens on Agra Road. Most people who live around here know the spot since it’s been there forever. Associated Soapstone Dist. Co. Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this location for years and years. It's definitely not a flashy setup with glass windows or anything. We deal with soapstone and we just keep things moving along. The yard can get a bit dusty, which is just the nature of the business when you’re dealing with stone. We spend most of our days talking to drivers and making sure the loads are ready to go out. Agra Road stays busy with trucks and travelers, so there's always something going on outside our gate to watch. We aren't big on meetings or long speeches. We just show up in the morning, do the work, and head home when we are finished. The guys in the office have been here a long time, so they know the routines by heart and don't need much direction. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult, especially when it rains heavily, but we manage to get by. You might miss the entrance if you’re driving too fast down the road, but we’re there. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be something we aren't or use big corporate words. We just focus on the stone and the logistics of getting it where it needs to go. It’s been a long journey for us here.
