Ashirwad Store

Ashirwad Store is tucked away in Mansarovar on Patel Marg. The exact address is 92/63. It’s a residential neighborhood, so we know most of the people who walk through the door. It’s the kind of place where kids come in after school to buy a packet of chips or a cold drink. We keep a little bit of everything—toothpaste, snacks, milk, and household cleaners. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but that’s just the nature of a neighborhood store. We have a small fridge for the dairy stuff that hums quite loudly in the quiet afternoons. There’s a bench outside where some of the older men sit and talk while they wait for their wives to finish shopping. Patel Marg is a decent road, not too busy like the main markets, which is nice. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors and hearing the local news. We don't have any corporate rules or uniforms here. I usually just wear whatever is comfortable for lifting crates and sweeping the floor. The sign out front has faded a bit over the years, but everyone around here knows where we are. We just try to keep the essentials in stock so nobody has to drive too far for a loaf of bread or some salt. It’s just a normal neighborhood shop.
