Down in Sodala at Baba Ramdev Nagar 145, you will find us at Angira Engineering Works. Our shop is usually easy to spot because of the blue sparks from the welding machine and the sound of the lathe running. It is a very practical place with concrete floors that are stained with oil and metal shavings everywhere. We do a lot of repair work and custom metal fabrication for people in the neighborhood. Whether it is a broken gate or a part for a machine, we usually find a way to fix it. The building at number 145 isn't anything special, just a sturdy place to keep our heavy tools and the drill press. The summer heat in Sodala makes the metal almost too hot to touch, so we wear thick gloves and try to finish the heavy welding early in the morning. We don't spend money on advertising; people just know we are here because they see us working when they walk past. Sometimes a customer will sit on a spare crate and watch us work while they wait for their job to be finished. It is a noisy, dirty, and honest way to spend the day. We take pride in making things that last, even if our shirts are always covered in soot by the time we head home in the evening.
