Amber Dye Trade P. Ltd.

We spend a lot of our time up here on the 8th floor of the Hemkoot building. Being right on Ashram Road means it gets pretty busy downstairs, but once you get up to unit 802, it’s a bit quieter. Amber Dye Trade P. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while now. We mostly deal with the trading side of dyes, which involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls with suppliers. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office with desks and some sample charts scattered around. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, especially during the lunch hour when everyone from the Capital Commercial Centre across the street heads out. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic outside. Most days are just about tracking shipments and making sure the inventory lists are right. It’s practical work. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us checking ledgers or talking to transport guys. The location is good because most of the banks and other trade offices are nearby. It’s a lot of stairs if the power goes out, but luckily that doesn’t happen too often lately. We keep things simple here and just focus on getting the orders processed without too much fuss. It's a steady routine of dyes and trades that keeps us occupied from morning until we lock up for the day.
