Allayer Homes

Allayer Homes operates out of Plot No E 25/2, which is right near Hotel Landmark on SL Marg in Durgapura. It’s a good location for us because people find it easy to spot when they are coming from the main road. We deal with houses and local property matters. It’s a lot of running around, really. One day we are at the office and the next we are out at a site getting our shoes dirty. The office itself is just a regular room with some maps on the wall and a few desks that have seen better days. We started this because we liked the neighborhood and wanted to work close to home. Durgapura has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been watching the new buildings go up from this very spot. It’s not a polished corporate setup. We don't wear suits unless it’s a very important meeting. Mostly it’s just jeans and shirts. We talk to people about where they want to live or what they want to build. It’s honest, steady work. Sometimes the printer jams when we are trying to get contracts ready, and we all have to stop and fix it. That's just how life is here. We don't have a marketing department. Just us working out of this plot. If you're walking past the hotel, you might see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun but it’s still there.
