You can find Deepshikha Indl Training Institute at Anshu Bhawan on Jhotwara Road. We are right near the Peetal Factory crossing and just across from the Tambi Petrol Pump. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and cars passing by. The building is called Anshu Bhawan, and it has been a fixture in the Jhotware area for quite some time. We focus on industrial training, so the vibe inside is very practical and hands-on. We have workshops where students learn how to use tools and handle different types of machinery. It is not the kind of place where you will find plush carpets or quiet libraries. Instead, there is the sound of metal on metal and instructors giving directions over the noise. We spend our days making sure the equipment is working and the students are following the right steps. It gets pretty greasy and dusty in the workshop areas, but that is part of the trade. The location is great because it is easy for everyone to get to by bus or bike. Most of us here are just regular people who know a lot about technical work. We do not use any big words or fancy talk to describe what we do. We just open up the shop, get the tools out, and help people learn a skill they can actually use in the real world.
