Alpana S Shine Beauty Lounge Institute

We set up this lounge on Madhyam Marg a few years ago. It’s located at 69/417 in the Mansarovar area. It’s mostly just a spot where people come to learn about hair and skin stuff or get a bit of work done. We have some chairs and mirrors and the usual equipment you'd expect. The lighting is okay, maybe a bit bright for some, but it helps when you're trying to see what you're doing. Sometimes the students are a bit nervous when they first start, but they get the hang of it after a while. It gets pretty noisy in here when everyone is talking at once and the dryers are going. We try to keep things organized but sometimes towels end up in the wrong place or we run low on tea. It’s a local spot, nothing like those big chain places you see in the malls. We know most of the neighbors and they know us. The stairs leading up can be a bit steep if you aren't expecting it. We spend a lot of time just chatting with people while we work. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the company. We don't have any fancy brochures or big ads. Usually, people just hear about us from a friend or walk in because they live nearby. That's how we've always done things here at Alpana S Shine Beauty Lounge Institute. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
