You can find us over at Plot Number 16 in Santosh Nagar, Jaipur. We are Adv Hotels Private Limited. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while, and it has become a bit like a second home to all of us. Jaipur is a big city with a lot of hotels, but we don't really worry about what everyone else is doing. We just focus on our own small patch of ground here in Santosh Nagar. We’re not the kind of people who wear suits or use a lot of business jargon. We’re more likely to be found in the back room sorting out the laundry or sitting at the front desk talking to a delivery driver. It’s a lot of work to keep a hotel going, and there are always things that need fixing or cleaning. We don't mind the hard work, though. It feels good to get things done. We’re just a few people who wanted to run a business in our own way, without all the corporate pressure. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just want to make sure the rooms are ready for whoever needs them and that we’re being fair to our neighbors. The 302020 area is a good place to be, and we’re happy to be a part of it. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed when things get busy. It’s just us, doing our thing in Jaipur, every single day until the job is finished.
