If you head over to Kasba Amber in Jaipur, you’ll find us at Plot Number 4, right by Rajavto Ka Chowk. That’s where Acepus Hotel And Resort Private Limited is based. It’s a bit of an older part of the city, which we actually like quite a lot. There’s a lot of history in these streets, though we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and making sure the laundry is done correctly. We are just a group of regular people trying to run a hotel without too much fuss. Jaipur can be a loud and hectic place, especially for a business, but back here in our little corner, things feel a bit more manageable most of the time. We don't have any big slogans or shiny posters. We just have our building and the work we do every morning. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a leak in the back, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a place like this. We try to be helpful when people ask for directions, and we know most of the shopkeepers around the chowk by name now. It’s a community, really. We’ve put a lot of our own time into making Plot No. 4 a decent spot. We aren't some distant company with an office in a skyscraper; we’re right here on the ground in Jaipur, dealing with the same heat and dust as everyone else. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now.
