Om Group

Our office is located at GF 4 in Napier Town, right near the South Avenue Mall here in Jabalpur. It’s a decent spot because it's easy for people to find us when they are out shopping or running errands. Om Group has been operating from this ground floor space for some time. The area gets quite busy, especially in the evenings, but inside the office, it’s usually quiet enough to get work done. We handle a lot of different paperwork and daily tasks. It’s not a fancy setup, just a few desks and chairs where we sit and talk to clients. Sometimes the mall traffic makes parking a bit of a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it. I usually get here early to open up and check the mail. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood stopping in with questions. It’s nice being in Napier Town because everything is close by. We don't really do much advertising; most people just see the sign or hear about us from someone else in Jabalpur. There’s always a pile of files on my desk that needs sorting. My brother helps out with the accounts sometimes. We try to stay organized, but on busy days, things can get a bit messy. It’s just how a small office works. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shop owners know us by name. It’s a good community to be a part of.
