Universal Technology

If you go past Dr. Bhatnagar Hospital, you’ll see Universal Technology nearby. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. Working with technology sounds like it should be clean and quiet, but it’s actually kind of messy with all the wires and parts lying around. I spend a lot of my time looking at screens or taking things apart to see why they aren't working. It’s a lot of troubleshooting. People bring in their gear, and I do what I can. The hospital is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. Some days are slow, and I just organize my tools, but other days I don’t even have time to eat lunch. I don't really use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and help people with their tech problems. It can be frustrating when a piece of hardware is being difficult. I have a workbench that has seen better days, but it works for me. The floor is usually covered in little screws and bits of plastic. Universal Technology is just a small place, really. I like being near the hospital area because it’s a central part of town. I keep a pot of tea going in the back for whenever I get a spare minute. It’s just a regular shop where we try to stay on top of all the new gadgets coming out. It can be exhausting, but I like figuring out how stuff works.
