Computer Systems & Service is located on the second floor on the Main Road in Ranjhi. You have to look for the Shilpalaya Photo Studio because we are right above them. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you get here. We spend most of our time looking at screens and fixing hardware. Computers can be a real headache for people, so we try to sort them out without making it too complicated. The shop is full of spare parts, old monitors, and cables tangled in corners. It might look a bit messy to someone else, but we know where everything is. Being on the Main Road means we get a lot of noise from the buses and bikes, but you get used to it after a week. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech company in the world. We just want to make sure the people in Ranjhi have a place to bring their broken laptops or desktops. It’s honest work. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tougher than we thought. We don’t have a polished receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. You just come in, tell us what’s wrong, and we see what we can do. It’s been our routine for a long time now and we don’t see it changing much. We enjoy the work and the people who stop by for help. It's a steady life.
