We are based in Tilhari, specifically at 319 Shubham Apartment in the Rani Avanti Bai Ward. Avighnam Global Techno Private Limited is basically a small group of us trying to figure out the best ways to handle technology for our clients. It’s not a huge office building, just a regular apartment space where we set up our desks and computers. It gets the job done for what we need. Living and working in Tilhari is alright, it’s a bit away from the main rush which we like. Most days involve a lot of typing and checking over data. We started this because we all had some experience in tech and wanted to work for ourselves. It’s been a learning process, for sure. We’ve had some long nights where we’re just sitting around trying to fix a bug in some code. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the challenge. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people just talking. We focus on being practical. When something needs doing, we just dive in. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a quiet life but we stay busy with the work we get. We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts and pays the bills. Sometimes we take a walk around the ward just to clear our heads and get some fresh air.
