You’ll find us at Shop No-52 on the Triveni Colony Main Road, just off Manik Bagh Road. It’s a pretty busy street with a lot of people passing by on their way to work or the market. We have been here for a good few years now. The shop is right on the main road, so we get a lot of dust from the traffic, but it means people can see us easily. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s just a regular shop where we keep our supplies and a small desk for the billing. Sometimes we have stuff stacked up near the entrance because we ran out of space inside. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside at the same time. We spend most of the day talking to people who drop in to ask about prices or to pick up a small order. It isn't a very formal place. We usually have the radio playing in the background and someone is usually drinking tea while waiting for a delivery. We try to keep things simple. If we don't have something, we just say so. We don't use any big words or complicated processes. It is just a small local operation where we know a lot of the regulars by name. People trust us to have what they need for their home repairs.
