Our place is at Plot No. B-277 in the New Loha Mandi area. If you’re looking for us, we’re right across from Subhash Transport. It’s a loud part of town because of all the trucks and the heavy metal being moved around all day. At Manoj Enterprises, we’re used to the grit and the noise. The office is just a small space where we keep the ledgers and take orders. Most of the real action happens out in the yard. We deal with a lot of people coming in to pick up supplies or drop things off. It isn't a place for suit and ties. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. Dealing with iron and steel is heavy work, and it shows on the floor and the walls. We’ve been operating out of this plot for a good while now. Every morning starts with the sound of shutters going up and engines idling outside. We just get on with the business of the day. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat or to check prices. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a straightforward operation. We make sure the counts are right and the trucks get loaded. It’s a long day sometimes, but that’s just how life is in the Mandi. The dust never really settles, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
