Skm Steels Limited

Skm Steels Limited is located in Apollo Tower, specifically at Plot No-305 A. We are on Mahatma Gandhi Road, which is always busy no matter what time of day it is. Being in a tower like this means we see a lot of people coming and going. Our office is a bit small for a "Limited" company, but it fits us just fine. We deal in steel trading and supply, so most of our work involves making calls and arranging logistics. There are stacks of folders everywhere because we still haven't moved everything to the computer. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The building has a lift, but sometimes it’s faster to take the stairs if you aren't going too high up. We have a few windows that look out over the road, though the view is mostly just buses and cars. My uncle started this place years ago, and a few of us have kept it going. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just buy steel and sell it to people who need it for their projects. It’s a straightforward business with plenty of challenges, like when prices fluctuate or trucks get stuck in transit. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. It’s a decent living and we enjoy being in the middle of the city.
