Vinayak Sanitation

Our shop Vinayak Sanitation is located at No. 22/1 Snehlata Ganj. It is a bit of a tight spot sometimes but we have been in this part of town for a long time now. If you look around the shelves you will see a lot of pipes, taps, and those little washers that everyone always loses. It’s a bit messy if I am being honest. We try to keep things sorted by size and type but when it gets busy on a Monday morning everything ends up in the wrong bin. Snehlata Ganj is a nice area but the parking is a nightmare for our delivery vans. My uncle started this place years ago and now I handle most of the day-to-day things with my cousin. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us drinking tea and helping people figure out why their bathroom sink is leaking again. Most of the time people come in not knowing exactly what part they need so we have to look at photos on their phones. We just sell what we have in stock and tell them the truth about what works. There are no fancy brochures or high-pressure sales here. If we don’t have it we usually know who down the street might. That’s just how we do things in this neighborhood. It's a lot of manual work and counting small parts that keep us busy.
