Concast Refractories

If you’re looking for Concast Refractories, we’re over in South Tukoganj. Our office is actually in Flat No. 101 of the Ganga Jamuna Apartment, at No. 8a-3. It’s a bit of a mix here because it’s a residential-style building but we use it for our business. It makes for a bit of a different atmosphere than a regular factory office. We deal with refractory materials, which are the things that line furnaces and handle extreme heat. It’s a niche business, I suppose. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working on the computer, coordinating shipments and talking to clients who need heat-resistant bricks or linings. Because we are in an apartment, it’s relatively quiet compared to being right on a factory floor. We have some samples in the office, but the big stuff is kept elsewhere. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors in Ganga Jamuna pop by to say hello. It’s a nice area of Tukoganj to work in. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been in the industry for years. We just keep things moving, making sure the orders are processed and the materials get to the steel plants or foundries on time. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business from a comfortable spot. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and getting things shipped out correctly.
