We are located in Rao, right near the Sai Biha Colony and not far from the AB Road. It is a family-run kind of setup, which is probably obvious from the name. My sons and I are here most days, trying to stay on top of the work. The area around us has grown a lot lately, with more houses and shops popping up every year. It used to be much quieter when we first started out. We deal with various materials and things for the construction side of things. There is always a truck being loaded or unloaded in the driveway, and someone is usually shouting to be heard over the engine noise. We have an office but we are rarely in it; we're usually out where the action is. It is a lot of responsibility to keep everything running smoothly, and some days are definitely harder than others. We don't have a big glossy catalog to show people. Most folks just come by and talk to us about what they need for their project. We have built up a lot of relationships over the years just by being here and doing the work. The sun sets right behind the colony, and that is usually when we start locking things up for the night. It is a decent way to make a living, and having my sons around makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We stay focused on the tasks at hand.
