We are set up at 2106 D in the Jaroliya Mkt. If you are looking for us in Sudama Nagar, we are situated right opposite the Yash Manglik Bhavan. It is a good spot because people often come by when there is a big event or a wedding at the bhavan. We see a lot of guests needing a quick tidy-up or a shave before their functions. The salon itself is pretty basic and functional. We have the usual mirrors, combs, and clippers. It is a local shop where we know the names of most people who walk through the door. Sudama Nagar is a large area, but Jaroliya Market has its own specific feel. We start our day early and the door stays open most of the time. The chairs are comfortable enough if you have to wait for a few minutes. We do not spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings the neighbors in. Our hands are usually busy with a comb or a razor. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait on Sunday mornings when everyone wants to look sharp for the week ahead. We try to keep the place looking okay, but it is a working shop. There is always some dust from the road and hair on the floor tiles. That is just how it goes here in Indore. We enjoy the chat with the people while we work. It is just us here, doing haircuts for whoever needs them in the 452009 area.
