Inchmark Architects

We're located in Dewas Naka, right near Bombay Hospital here in Indore. Inchmark Architects has been operating from this side of town for a good while. It’s a convenient spot, especially with the hospital as a landmark for everyone. Our day-to-day is mostly just grinding through design work and talking to contractors. We don’t have a flashy office with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and see us hunched over our desks. We do a lot of work on different types of buildings around Indore. Some days we are stuck in the office doing calculations, and other days we're out in the heat at a construction site. Dewas Naka can get quite congested with traffic, but it’s part of the local charm, I guess. We try to keep things simple. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. We just show the drawings and explain why things are being done a certain way. It’s a lot of practical thinking. We’ve seen the area around Bombay Hospital change quite a bit since we started. There are always new shops and buildings popping up. We just keep doing our thing, making sure the measurements are right and the walls are where they should be. It's a living, and we're glad to be doing it here. We're usually around if someone needs to talk about a project.
