Swastik Hydraulics

We are set up at 426, R Sector in Mahalaxmi Nagar. If you’re coming from the main part of town, we are quite close to Bombay Hospital. Swastik Hydraulics is basically a place where we deal with everything related to pumps and pipes and high-pressure things. It’s messy work. There is usually oil on the floor and grease on our clothes by noon. People bring in broken jacks or leaking hoses that need fixing right away. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with magazines or anything. Usually, customers just stand around and watch while we take things apart to see what’s wrong. The neighborhood is mostly residential, but our little corner is always humming with the sound of tools and compressors. We’ve got benches covered in wrenches and spare parts. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific seal for an hour because it’s hidden in a box somewhere. We don’t do big advertisements. Most people find us because someone else told them we could fix their hydraulic problems. It’s a practical business. We wake up, open the shutters, and start looking at whatever heavy metal parts arrived that morning. Living and working near the hospital means we see a lot of traffic, but it’s a good spot to be in the end. We keep the doors open to let the air in, even when it’s dusty. It's just a regular workshop where we put in the hours every single day and try to get things back to working order.
